BC Housing approached Monogram to facilitate and report on multiple community engagement sessions across the province. The goal was to capture meaningful input while strengthening relationships with communities and key stakeholders.
To deliver on BC Housing’s objectives, Monogram:

Developed session agendas, presentations, and supporting materials to ensure clarity and inclusivity
Coordinated logistics for in-person events and guided virtual delivery to maximize accessibility
Compiled detailed reports after each session to summarize insights and outcomes
The engagement process provided BC Housing with actionable insights and strengthened community trust:
Six comprehensive final reports delivered, highlighting key themes and recommended actions
Enhanced dialogue with city representatives, Indigenous Elders, and community members across BC
Built stronger community relationships that will inform ongoing housing strategies
