Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern BC (BBBSNBC) is a non-profit organization in Prince George, British Columbia, that provides life-changing mentoring programs and supportive child-focused services to help local children and youth build confidence and reach their potential.

Prior to the session, we conducted research and surveys to gather feedback from all stakeholders, which gave direction on the strategic directions and focus points. The data from the research and session were distilled into a beautifully designed strategic planning report and informed an actionable five-year implementation plan.
