The Ask

Birdco is a Lheidli T’enneh First Nation member-owned construction firm based in Western Canada. Specializing in civil construction, site reclamation and mechanical installations, they focus on projects that benefit Indigenous communities while creating sustainable job opportunities.

Birdco engaged Monogram Communications to design an adaptable 8-page brochure to support relationship-building and sales efforts. The goal was to clearly showcase their expertise and commitment to Indigenous community development.

The Approach

To create a brochure that would resonate with diverse audiences, we:

  • Collaborated closely with Birdco to understand their sales process and unique value proposition

  • Designed a flexible layout that could be easily updated for various clients and industries

  • Incorporated storytelling elements to highlight their mission of supporting Indigenous communities

The Results

The brochure delivered immediate impact, including:

  • Enhanced sales presentations that strengthened client engagement

  • Additional requests for reverse logos, extra pages and general advertising materials

  • An organizational chart now used as a key tool in Birdco’s ongoing sales discussions
