
Carrier Sekani Family Services (CSFS) needed one place to bring its people together. CSFS approached Monogram to build a communications hub that shares organization-wide communiques, houses key institutional employee information and fosters an engaged community, both online and offline.
Carrier Sekani Family Services (CSFS) is a growing organization serving Carrier and Sekani people across north-central British Columbia. During the organization's strategic planning process, it became clear that CSFS needed a more centralized and effective way to communicate with staff. While internal updates were primarily shared through email, text messages, meetings and staff room notices, there was no single source of truth for organization-wide communications or employee resources. To address this gap, CSFS identified the need for an intranet that could strengthen internal communications, centralize important information and foster a more connected and engaged workplace.

Monogram left CSFS with a fully developed Intranet that allows the organization to communicate effectively, both internally and across teams. From information architecture to content migration, the project was grounded in employee research and UX best practices, and managed end-to-end to a successful launch.
An initiative to close skills gaps in the fisheries and oceans sector led the National Indigenous Fisheries Institute to approach Monogram Communications to develop an innovative brand identity and website for their new Indigenous Training and Skills Development Hub — one built not only to serve the sector today, but to be expanded and adapted as a model for Indigenous training and skills development in other industries.

For ʔEsdilagh First Nation, that meant reimagining their brand from the ground up and building a website as strong and welcoming as the community itself. Monogram helped Gitxaala Nation turn a year of achievement into a report worth reading. The result was a clear, accessible annual report for 2019/20 that highlights key milestones and makes them easy for the community to engage with.
