The Exploration Place set out to shape a clear path forward, calling on Monogram to support the development of a five-year strategic plan through research interviews, surveys, in-person planning sessions, a final report and a presentation.

The Ask

The Exploration Place is a hands-on museum and science centre featuring exhibits and galleries that explore the region’s culture, history and natural environment.

The Approach

Monogram Communications provided comprehensive research for the Exploration Place, including surveys across four user groups, independent research, a 'what we heard' report, an in-person strategic planning session and more.

The Results

The final report included a road map and action tracker to support the organization in following the next steps and a final presentation with content and design provided by Monogram Communications.
