Monogram partnered with the City of Prince George to deliver the first-ever Future Fuels Forum, a flagship event that positioned the city as a leader in clean energy and fostered collaboration across the sector.

The Ask

The City of Prince George aimed to position itself as a leader in the future fuels sector by launching the inaugural Future Fuels Forum. The event sought to highlight the region’s potential for hydrogen and clean energy projects while engaging local stakeholders.

Monogram Communications was engaged to plan and execute a high-profile, seamless event that would showcase Prince George’s leadership in clean energy and foster industry collaboration.

The Approach

To deliver an engaging and impactful experience, Monogram coordinated a two-day forum on January 13–14, 2025, at the House of Ancestors, strategically scheduled ahead of the Natural Resources Forum.

  • Organized expert-led panels, networking opportunities, and industry discussions

  • Integrated the Whova conference platform to drive digital engagement and participant interaction

  • Managed event logistics, communications, and on-site coordination to ensure smooth execution

The Results

The Future Fuels Forum exceeded expectations and positioned Prince George at the forefront of clean energy conversations.

  • 182 registrations, surpassing the target of 160

  • 150 attendees, including industry leaders, policymakers, and community representatives

  • Achieved goals while staying under budget

  • 100% of post-event survey respondents rated the event as “Extremely” or “Very well” organized
