
The launch of the Kulspai Learning Village called for more than a communications campaign; it required a thoughtful approach that honoured community values while engaging future partners. K5T (Kitselas Five Tier) partnered with Monogram Communications to help make that vision a reality.
K5T is an Indigenous-led organization based in Terrace, BC, dedicated to supporting employment, skills training and housing opportunities across Northwest British Columbia. Through its five-tier approach, K5T helps participants progress from holistic healing and foundational life skills to trades training, meaningful employment and long-term success.

Together, we developed a campaign to attract sponsors and secure funding for the village's first three years of dormitory operations, creating strategic messaging, compelling content and communications materials that resonated with government, industry and individual donors while remaining grounded in community values.
