PGPL was looking for an experienced facilitator and strategic thinker to guide the 2021 strategic planning session, resulting in a road map for the next 5 years. This plan needs to be fluid and flexible, with the opportunity to pivot.

Following the 2016 legalization of medical assistance in dying (MAiD) in Canada, Prince George Hospice House faced a defining moment: under a provincial mandate, the facility needed to reach an agreement with Northern Health to implement MAiD on-site, and fast. Monogram Communications stepped in to develop a comprehensive internal and external communications plan, helping the Hospice navigate a complex, emotionally charged transition with clarity, transparency and trust.
