Strategic Planning
Fraser-Fort George, British Columbia

Clear priorities start with the right conversations. Monogram helped the RDFFG turn research, collaboration and regional needs into an actionable strategic roadmap.

The Ask

The Regional District of Fraser-Fort George (RDFFG) is located in central British Columbia and serves nearly 100,000 residents across rural and urban communities. RDFFG wanted to update its strategic priorities to ensure it could better address the evolving needs of the region.

RDFFG engaged Monogram Communications to facilitate a strategic planning process, conduct in-depth research, and guide collaborative sessions with the Board and staff. The goal was to create a clear, actionable set of priorities supported by a comprehensive report.

The Approach

We supported RDFFG’s strategic review through:

  • Conducting extensive research, including surveys and interviews with staff, Board members, and the public
  • Facilitating in-person planning sessions to encourage informed and collaborative discussions
  • Developing a detailed 17-page report and a concise one-page summary outlining mission, vision, goals, and strategic priorities
The Results

The project provided RDFFG with:

  • A clearly defined set of strategic priorities to guide decision-making
  • Practical tools to better serve communities across the region
  • A professional framework for future growth, supported by both a comprehensive report and an easy-to-use summary
