As one of North America’s premier ski destinations and Canada’s second-largest ski area, Sun Peaks Resort needed a communications strategy that could keep pace with its scale. When the unexpected happens at a resort this size, the response has to be fast, clear and trusted. Monogram Communications partnered with Sun Peaks to build a Best Practices Guide for Crisis Communications, equipping the team to protect relationships before, during and after a crisis hits.
Sun Peaks Resort is the second largest year-round destination resort in Canada. In winter, it boasts the second-largest ski area in Canada and is consistently recognized as one of the top ski resorts in North America. Monogram Communications created a Best Practices Guide for Crisis Communications to support Sun Peaks Resort in sustaining positive internal and external relations within the local resort municipality of Sun Peaks.
The Monogram team conducted our own research on crisis communications in the industry and worked closely with the Sun Peaks Resort team to develop an in-depth and curated crisis communications plan and process together.
