The Ask

Firecircle is Canada’s leading training and mentorship organization for tourism entrepreneurs. Their innovative programs are delivered with mentored guidance to prepare and launch your dream tourism business, or take your existing tourism venture to the next level.

Firecircle approached Monogram Communications to create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy intended to spread awareness of and encourage orders of their new guidebook, titled Firecircle 5x5 Method™ — The Definitive Guide to Igniting and Transforming Your Tourism Business,  authored by Firecircle founder and CEO Deneen Allen.

The Approach

To effectively address Firecircle’s needs, Monogram employed a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy tailored to aspiring and established tourism entrepreneurs.

Key initiatives included:

  • Earned Media Stories: Author and pitch earned media stories about the book launch to local and niche publications and publish articles on LinkedIn
  • Landing Page Outline: Created an outline for a dedicated book launch landing page, populated with images, testimonials, information and links
  • Outreach Opportunities List: Compiled a comprehensive list of outreach opportunities, including potential partnerships, and drafted an email to facilitate communication with these organizations

This strategic approach not only addressed the client’s desire to increase awareness of the Firecircle 5x5 Method™ guidebook but also positioned Firecircle for sustained success by broadening their audience and strengthening their organization’s credibility.
