When tragedy strikes, how an institution responds matters as much as what happened. After a student was struck by a vehicle crossing the highway in front of campus, CNC needed more than a statement; they needed a thoughtful, carefully considered crisis communications response. Monogram was called in to help the College navigate this critical moment with clarity and compassion.

As one of North America’s premier ski destinations and Canada’s second-largest ski area, Sun Peaks Resort needed a communications strategy that could keep pace with its scale. When the unexpected happens at a resort this size, the response has to be fast, clear and trusted. Monogram Communications partnered with Sun Peaks to build a Best Practices Guide for Crisis Communications, equipping the team to protect relationships before, during and after a crisis hits.

Following the 2016 legalization of medical assistance in dying (MAiD) in Canada, Prince George Hospice House faced a defining moment: under a provincial mandate, the facility needed to reach an agreement with Northern Health to implement MAiD on-site, and fast. Monogram Communications stepped in to develop a comprehensive internal and external communications plan, helping the Hospice navigate a complex, emotionally charged transition with clarity, transparency and trust.
