Physio North and Pro Physio Works are sister clinics serving northern BC and the Cariboo region, dedicated to helping clients return to sport, activity, work, and everyday life. With deep roots in the region’s culture of sport and adventure, they sought a refreshed identity that would reflect their values and appeal to a wide client base, from high-performance athletes to active seniors
The clinics needed a modernized logo, updated branding, and fully redesigned websites. The new brand had to convey their Northern roots while connecting with diverse audiences and supporting their business growths.
Monogram began with a competitor analysis and inspiration board to establish a clear design direction. Through a collaborative rebranding workshop, the team defined a vision that balanced professionalism with the energy of sport and adventure.

Following the legalization of Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD), Monogram led a comprehensive communications strategy to support the Hospice’s implementation process while addressing procedural uncertainty, maintained trust and minimized the risk of losing employees, donors, or volunteers.
The Division needed straightforward, accessible resources that could help patients understand the Primary Care Network while supporting physicians in addressing common misconceptions.
