Terrace, British Columbia

With accessibility at the forefront of municipal priorities, the City of Terrace needed a 2023 report that was as thorough as it was thoughtful. They approached Monogram to conduct in-depth research, distill complex content into clear insights, and bring it all together in a creative, purpose-built layout designed to make the City of Terrace’s 2023 Accessibility Report both informative and engaging.

The Ask

The City of Terrace was in need of a fully researched, informed and designed accessibility report. Monogram came in to conduct the necessary research, utilized the required content and creatively designed a unique layout to house the City of Terrace's 2023 accessibility report.

The Approach

Monogram began by conducting extensive research and lit reviews on other accessibility reports, government reports, and documents to inform their work.

Following the research, the Monogram team began to write the accessibility report based on the submitted content received from the group, as well as content sourced from the lit review. Then, the team began on the design and layout of the 2023 report. Afterwards, Monogram also began on the designing and layout curation of a template for the City of Terrace to use for their own reports in the future.

The Results

Monogram created an extensive, 25-page report that was fully researched, informed and uniquely designed to house the necessary information. The team also provided a fully designed layout of a template for them to utilize in future years.
